The Aoralscan 3 is an intraoral dental 3D scanner made by Shining 3D, a leading 3D scanner manufacturer based in China. Its applications range from restorations and implants to orthodontics, for use in same-day chairside restorations to longer, clinic-to-lab integrated treatments.

The Aoralscan 3 is a follow-up to the Aoralscan 2, boasting a brand new design, 30% higher accuracy, and 30% faster acquisition speed. This digital dentistry tool is able to scan a single arch in 25 seconds, and a full arch in one minute. Its field of view has also been enlarged by 58%.
